Supreme Court Denies Rights to Illegal Laborers

Well, of course. The current Supreme Court majority is in favor of doing whatever helps business interests; workers' rights are way off their radar screen. I'll bet if they had the chance they'd rule that employers didn't have to pay illegal laborers at all.
