Space Tourist Number Two

Mark Shuttleworth, a twenty eight year old Internet entrepeneur from South Africa, will be the second amateur cosmonaut. He will also be the first African in space.

Shuttleworth is not fond of being called a tourist. He's training hard, and will be working full time while he's up there, but he's paying his own (very expensive) way, so I'm sticking with the term.
