Columbia

The Space Shuttle Columbia has been lost. My heart goes out to the families and friends of the crew.

NPR and Metafilter are both providing rapid and generally rational coverage of this tragedy.

NPR - I fixed the HTML typo that kept it from appearing. I was referring to Scott Simon's live radio coverage on Weekend Edition, as well as the shows that continued coverage later in the day.
