Seen From Above
This is the view on our left as we drove along the single lane road down from the summit of Mauna Kea. We're probably at eleven or twelve thousand feet here, looking down at our road as it continues a couple of thousand feet below. You can see many smaller hills and cinder cones speckling the saddle region between Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa (out of frame in the upper left, as I recall).
